Whenever I go to Woodbury Outlet, having dinner at Allendale Steakhouse is a must! The perfect way to do it? Stop by Allendale Wine Shop first, grab your favorite bottle, and bring it along to enjoy with your meal. For appetizers, I usually go for the oysters and bacon, and for the main course, the Porterhouse is my go-to. Occasionally, I switch it up with a Ribeye, and honestly, everything is great. For sides, I personally love the Brussels sprouts, but the asparagus is also a solid choice. And when I’m in the mood for dessert, I go for the Hot Fudge Sundae—a simple, classic treat that never disappoints! Highly recommend this place for a great steak dinner!
I recently dined at Allendale steakhouse new location, and I must say it was a perfect experience as always! The new location is super modern and spacious. Every corner looks picture perfect, loving the new design. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly well trained staff who made our party feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We went on a busier than normal night, and every was still amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. We always start our meal with the bacon and oyster (side note: take a piece of bacon with oyster and a little vinegar.... mouthwatering....you are welcome). Everything on the menu is always fresh and so tasteful. They have added new items at their new location. We usually get the Tomahawk Ribeye, or Porterhouse, so juicy and cooked to perfection every time. Let's not forget my personal favorite, the lobster mac and cheese, which is out of this world. The menu has a great variety of options, and everything we have tried always leaves us wanting more. It is a BYOB location. The restaurant has valet parking available, a huge plus for a New Jersey restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this steakhouse for its great service and amazing food. It's definitely a must-visit for steak lovers and best in New Jersey.
First time here, excelent dinner all the way around. We liked sitting upstairs, nicer atmosphere. Had the porterhouse for 2, just perfectly cooked and delicious. The filet side melted in your mouth. Friends had rib eye and filet and said the same thing. Had several sides. The chips were the best! Oh, I almost forgot, the BACON appy, yum. At most steakhouses, this would be $350 or so with tip, but being a byo, it was $250 a couple, I felt redeemed, lol. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive and the table was kept very clean. I can't wait to go back
The NEW Allendale Steak House is GORGEOUS and so spacious And the food is as good as it always was, maybe even better.!!! This was their first few days open, and the service was exceptional as always, and for such a busy time it’s amazing that they have everything running like a well oiled machine.!! Great job guys as always.!!! Thank you for turning an old ugly EMPTY bank into a beautiful building with a wonderful place to gather and have a really delicious meal and make a wonderful memory.! AWESOME.!!!!
Excellent food. Steak is hands down the best in bergen county. Ton runs a tight ship and his waiters are amazing.
Highly recommend reservations as this is a well known and intimate establishment with smaller seating area. BYOB was a huge plus for my wife celiac Annie and I, as it helped keep the bill a little lower vs. usual. Nice wine store immediately across the street. Great service and amazing cuts of meat. Even my wife's fish was on point. Love the atmosphere.

Excellent in all phases! One of the best steaks I've ever tasted! Menu has great options. Restaurant atmosphere was just right. Our server, Gabrielle and staff, were courteous, helpful and made sure that food allergies were addressed in the meal prep. Allendale Steakhouse is a great addition to the community!
We came here to celebrate with family and had a mix-up with our party of 10, but Rodney was incredibly accommodating and handled everything so quickly. He got us seated without stress and made the whole experience smooth. The steaks were excellent, and we’ll definitely be back!
